8 hours of Sleep??

Essential oils for sleepWe all have those nights when sleep escapes us. Fortunately, there are some amazing essential oils for sleep that can help you get your eight hours.

Try this blend to assure a good night sleep. In addition to using essential oils for sleep, here are a few tips to help you drift off to dreamland. If you know other people who would enjoy this recipe, feel free to share it. (A well-rested world is a happy world, right?) If you have success, I would love to know!

Check out this new linen spray for sleep I’ve been making:

Sleepytime Linen Spray
2 oz of German Chamomile hydrosol
15 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
3 drops of Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis)

Spray your sheets and under your pillow . . . and off you go to an aromatic world of dreams!

Such an effective blend of Hydrosol and essential oils. It seems sleep is a universal issue and something we need! Thanks for sharing this awesome blend!
