8 hours of Sleep??

We all have those nights when sleep escapes us. Try this blend to assure a good night sleep. Here are a few tips for supporting sleep.  If you know other people who would enjoy this recipe, feel free to share it. If you have success, I would love to know.

Check out this new linen spray I have been making:

Linen spray:
2 oz of German Chamomile hydrosol
15 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
3 drops Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis)

Spray your sheets and under your pillow…..and off you go to an aromatic world of dreams!

Such an effective blend of Hydrosol and essential oils. It seems sleep is a universal issue and something we need! Thanks for sharing this awesome blend!
