We all have those nights when sleep escapes us. Fortunately, there are some amazing essential oils for sleep that can help you get your eight hours.
Try this blend to assure a good night sleep. In addition to using essential oils for sleep, here are a few tips to help you drift off to dreamland. Check out this new linen spray for sleep I’ve been making:
Sleepytime Linen Spray
2 oz (60 ml) of German Chamomile hydrosol
15 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
3 drops of Orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis)
Spray your sheets and under your pillow . . . and off you go to an aromatic world of dreams!
I recommend making this product fresh every few weeks, as it does not have a preservative in it.
