Have you ever made a blend with both Lavender and Spike Lavender essential oils? Lavender is Lavandula angustifolia, and Spike Lavender is Lavandula latifolia. Lavender and Spike Lavender both have beautiful floral aromas, are nourishing for skin, and are great for soothing muscles. They have a lot of similarities, but they’re also very different.
