How do you harvest Natal Mahogany (Trichilia emetica) Oil? Does it damage the tree in the process? Is the harvest done to the flowers and buds these animals eat?
I try to use oils that are source renewable and not infringing on what animals need to eat for survival.

I would like to make that recipe Foam Soap but I have never made it before just starting out, just wondering if you could be a bit more specific with that recipe on what to do with the ingredients do I just mix all the ingredients together to make that?
