Learn how to relieve pain and support your health with acupressure
I took Cindy Black’s on-line acupressure class. I love that she identified the points clearly, marking all body landmarks and muscles so that I could easily find the acupressure point. I found it extremely helpful to be able to watch the video’s at the end of each chapter so that I had a visual of how to find the points and how to apply the pressure! I loved how she incorporated thoughts to ponder and helped me to understand the relationship of the points on the meridians, how they interact with each other, the organs of the body and the emotions.
Cindy’s class was amazingly informative (and I have been a bodyworker for over 7 years), and I plan on taking her in person 100 hour certification program this summer! Thank you so much Cindy for your continued commitment to educating others on our amazing bodies and opening up many other “channels” for health and wellness!
