All in person classes at Aromahead Institute are approved for Continuing Education Units by:

• The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB)
• The New York State Board of Massage Therapy
• The Florida Board of Massage Therapy

All online classes at Aromahead Institute are approved for Continuing Education Units by:

• The New York State Board of Massage Therapy
• The Florida Board of Massage Therapy

A 400 hour program consisting of two required classes and two electives.

Required classes: Aromatherapy Certification Program and Advanced Graduate Program. These two classes may be taken online or in-person.

Required Electives: complete at least 40 hours of electives (online or in-person). 

Aromahead Institute’s exclusive 400-hour Scholar's Program is designed to meet the highest level of Aromatherapy Certification in the USA. The program provides an inspiring combination of courses leading to qualification to practice as a Clinical Aromatherapist. This program may be completed in-person, online or a combination of both.

Yes. We have a payment plan available for online ACP students.  A deposit of $900 is required to begin the course.  Once the deposit has been made, $100 is due at the beginning of each month for the following seven months.  Please contact Aromahead Institute directly to register with the payment plan.

You can begin with the Aromatherapy Certification and it will count towards your Scholars Program, as will any class you take at Aromahead Institute. You can register for the Scholars Program classes one at a time, or all at once.

Yes. There is a $350 non-refundable deposit required for this class. The remaining tuition ($1,650) may be paid in 3 payments of $550, just prior to each week of class.

Yes, we offer payment plans for all in-person Aromahead Institute classes. Please email us to arrange your payment plan.

We accept MasterCard and Visa, PayPal, Money Orders, checks and cash. We also accept payment plans for all in-person classes and several online classes. Please contact us directly to set up your payment plan.

First log in with your username and password at www.aromahead.com. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page. You will see the classes you have registered for in your account. The online classes will have a link called "enter class".

We provide a wide variety of high quality, organic, tested essential oils and blending supplies for your personal use in all classes. There is no need for you to bring your own supplies to class.
