Is there a payment plan for the online Aromatherapy Certification Program (ACP) tuition?

Yes. We have a payment plan available for online ACP students.  A deposit of $900 is required to begin the course.  Once the deposit has been made, $100 is due at the beginning of each month for the following seven months.  Please contact Aromahead Institute directly to register with the payment plan.

Is there a payment plan for the online Advanced Graduate Program tuition?

Yes. We have a payment plan available for online Advanced Graduate Program students.  A deposit of $800 is required to begin the course.  Once the deposit has been made, $100 is due at the beginning of each month for the following four months. Please contact Aromahead Institute directly to register with the payment plan.

Is there a payment plan for the in-person Aromatherapy Certification Program (ACP) tuition?

Yes. There is a $350 non-refundable deposit required for this class. The remaining tuition ($1,650) may be paid in 3 payments of $550, just prior to each week of class.

Do you offer payment plans for all in-person classes?

Yes, we offer payment plans for all in-person Aromahead Institute classes. Please email us to arrange your payment plan.

What payment options are available?     

We accept MasterCard and Visa, PayPal, Money Orders, checks and cash. We also accept payment plans for all in-person classes and several online classes. Please contact us directly to set up your payment plan.

What is your refund policy?

For in-person classes at the Institute: All class registrations require a non-refundable deposit.  The balance of your tuition can be returned if you are unable to attend a class and you inform Aromahead Institute in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of a class.  Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start date are accepted and tuition can be credited toward future classes (minus the non-refundable deposit).

For online classes: Tuition is fully non-refundable for all online classes.  Upon payment, you have lifetime access to the class, which includes all future updates we make.

Can I pay by check rather then credit card?
