What payment options are available?     

We accept Mastercard and Visa, Paypal, Money Orders, Checks and Cash.

What is your refund policy?

For in-person classes at the Institute: All class registrations require a non-refundable deposit.  The balance of your tuition can be returned if you are unable to attend a class and you inform Aromahead Institute in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of a class.  Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start date are accepted and tuition can be credited toward future classes (minus the non-refundable deposit).

For online classes: Tuition is fully non-refundable for all online classes.  Upon payment, you have lifetime access to the class, which includes all future updates we make.

Can I pay online class tuition with a payment plan?

We have a payment plan available for online ACP students.  A deposit of $900 is required to begin the course.  Once the deposit has been made, $100 is due at the beginning of each month for the following seven months.  Please contact Aromahead Institute directly to register with the payment plan.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans for all Aromahead Institute classes and the Online Aromatherapy Certification Program. Please email us to arrange your payment plan.

Can I pay by check rather then credit card?

Yes. Please send us an email to let us know you want to pay by check.
