I am taking the Online Aromatherapy Certification Program. What supplies do I need?

We do not have a set of required oils, but it is important to own a selection of at least 10-15 oils that you can use for your case studies, along with a few carriers and some bottles.

We have two kits on Aromatics International that are available to purchase. The Beginners Kit provides the oils, bottles and carriers we recommend to get started. The Advanced Kit will provide you with everything you need and much more to work with well into the future.

If you have your own essential oils, you may use those for the program. We recommend your oils are GC/MS tested.

Once I have registered for a class, how do I access the class?

First log in with your username and password at www.aromahead.com. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page. You will see the text “You have registered for the following classes.”  Click on the links below to access the classes you have registered for.

I see that a student has one year to complete the Aromatherapy Certification program, but how long would it take if a person worked at a consistent pace?

This really varies from person to person.  It would be possible to finish in two to three months.  The case studies are generally the most time consuming element, as they require meeting individually with clients and following up on the effectiveness and results of your blends.

I just paid for the Aromatherapy Certification Program and clicked on the link for the first time. What do I do now? How to I get to the content?

Click on “Orientation” (the red tab) to get started.  Read the orientation carefully for instructions.  Remember, you will access the references associated with each lesson from the purple navigation area on the left hand side of the page.  Still lost?  Email support@aromahead.com and we’ll walk you through it.

Once I have registered for an online class, does my password ever expire?

You have a lifetime acess to any online classes you have paid for. This includes all updates we may add to the classes over the years.

Is there a deadline for completing the online Aromatherapy Certification Course?

If you choose the certification option, you have one year to complete all requirements.  If you need longer, just let us know. After you complete the course, you will still have lifetime access to the course for review and reference.
