What classes are required for the Scholars Program? 

Required classes: Aromatherapy Certification Program and Advanced Graduate Program. These two classes may be taken online or in-person.

Required Electives: complete at least 40 hours of electives (online or in-person). 

Aromahead Institute’s exclusive 400-hour Scholar's Program is designed to meet the highest level of Aromatherapy Certification in the USA. The program provides an inspiring combination of courses leading to qualification to practice as a Clinical Aromatherapist. This program may be completed in-person, online or a combination of both.

What is the cost for the Scholars Program?

The Scholars Program tuition ranges from $3,355 to $4,900 depending on the following:

• If classes are taken in person, online or a combination of both
• Which electives you choose

I am interested in taking the 235 hour Aromatherapy Certification program. When I complete the program can I contine on to the Scholar's Program? Or do I have to register for the whole Scholars Program from the beginning?

You can begin with the Aromatherapy Certification and it will count towards your Scholars Program, as will any class you take at Aromahead Institute. You can register for the Scholars Program classes one at a time, or all at once.

How long does it take to complete the Scholars Program?

The shortest time to complete the program is 4 months. The classes can also be taken over several years. You can complete the program at your own pace. Students generally take 6 months to 2 years.

Can I complete some of my 400 hours online and some in-person?

Yes.

For example you can take the Aromatherapy Certification Program online and the Advanced Graduate Program in-person. 

You can take one of your electives online and one in-person.

When registered for an online class, it must be completed online.  When registered for an in-person class, it must be completed in-person. A single class may not be divided between online and in-person.

Of course, all of your classes may be taken just online or just in-person.
