This is my mantra for overall health and wellness.  I help my clients achieve and maintain their wellness goals through Clinical Massage Therapy, Energy Work, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Consultations.  In addition, I sell and educate about the benefits of using therapeutic grade essential oils.

Education and Experience

I attended the University of Alaska, Anchorage, Massage Therapy Program from Fall 1999 through Spring 2000.  This program not only taught me the fundamentals of Massage Therapy, but grounded me in Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology (in relation to Massage Therapy).  I continued to build upon this great foundation with training in Orthopedic, Myofascial, Trigger Point, and Pregnancy massage.  I worked for a few clinics over the years and in one particular clinical setting, I received training from a doctor who learned bodywork from Ida Rolf (Ida Rolf of Rolfing).   My education and experience in the field of massage has been a gift to me to give to others.
