You can find great museums, art galleries, hand made crafts and restaurants throughout the town and the region. The Cornell Plantations are a must for all plant lovers. Check out the Cornell Lab of Ornithology/Sapsucker Woods Sanctuary a 220-acre wildlife sanctuary. The observatory features a thirty-foot wall of windows for viewing the bird-feeding garden.
The Finger Lakes are filled with wineries. A day driving on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail offers great wine and beautiful views along your drive.
Namgyal Monastery in Ithaca, is the North American Seat of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Open to all, Namgyal offers authentic teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in a traditional monastic setting. The monastery is just a few minutes from the Aromahead Institute.

In 2013 we are offering the Teacher Training Program in St Petersburg, Florida. St Pete is a lovely, small coastal city tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Tampa Bay, just south of Tampa.
Institute classes are held in a bright and spacious home just a few miles from the harbor city and the beautiful white sand beaches. There are plenty of great restaurants within a few miles of the house.
