All of Aromahead Institute online courses are written by Andrea Butje and Cindy Black to create the best possible self-study experience. All exams, photography, lessons, reviews, and videos have been developed specifically for these classes. All course material is original, engaging and clearly organized.

How it Works
Create an account using the 'Create Account' link, and then you will be able to select the course for which you'd like to enroll. Once your account is set up, you are ready to begin your studies! Any time you want to access the classes in which you have enrolled and paid for, you simply click on "My Account" on the top right.
You can work through the course using your computer, or you may choose to print out the written material by simply pressing the "printer friendly version" button.
Some of our courses have specific requirements for certification. Upon completion of the course and all requirements, you will be awarded a certificate of completion by Aromahead Institute.
All online classes (except the free class) are approved for Massage NBTMBA CEU's.

Learn how to use essential oils in your daily life and make wonderful blends for family and friends! This course will offer you what you need to know to get started in Aromatherapy.
2. Anatomy and Physiology Self-Study — $250.00
Our beginner friendly Anatomy and Physiology Self-Study Course is tailored specifically for students of Aromahead Institute's Aromatherapy Certification Program. However, it is also of great use to anyone interested in a fun, dynamic introduction to Anatomy.
Let the wonders of the human body unfold as you learn at your own pace. Students engage in a series of interactive lessons and links to diverse educational resources on the web. The Aromahead Anatomy and Physiology Self-Study Course is written in a friendly, casual tone—making the content easy to comprehend.
This course fulfills the 76-hour Anatomy and Physiology requirement for Aromatherapy Certification through NAHA and Aromahead Institute. This requirement is applicable to both the Online course and the “in person” course.
The Anatomy and Physiology Self-Study program is approved by NCBTMBA for 50 Massage CEU's and by The Florida Board of Massage Therapy for 76 CUE's.
3. Introduction to Alternative Medicine — $35.00
Curious about the diverse world of Alternative Medicine? Aromahead Institute’s Introduction to Alternative Medicine offers an overview of some of the top current practices of Alternative Medicine in the United States, including:

Introduction to Alternative Medicine is great for total beginners or for current practitioners looking for an introduction to potential new areas of study. For many of our students, this online course has sparked fulfilling new paths of education and learning.
Introduction to Alternative Medicine is approved by NCBTMBA for 10 Massage CEU's.
4. Aromatherapy Certification Program Online — $1550.00
The Online ACP (Aromatherapy Certification Program) allows students to experience an education with the Aromahead Institute through our exclusive digital curriculum. Through the online textbook and references, access to exclusive videos, case study assignments, and dozens of blending activities, students to become professionally qualified in the therapeutic uses of essential oils.
The Aromahead version of distance learning is more than an online textbook. Our curriculum includes activities and videos, as well as meticulously crafted directions for case studies that will enhance your experience and intuition as an Aromatherapist.
Upon successful completion of the online ACP, students are confident working with essential oils, and proficient in blending therapeutic products. Students are given a year to complete the course, allowing them the opportunity to study at their own pace. Extensions beyond one year are availabe upon request.
The Aromatherapy Certification online is approved by NCBTMBA for 50 Massage CEU's and is approved by The National Association For Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA)
5. Acupressure Fundamentals Online — $225.00
Based on principles of Chinese medicine, certain points on the body can be treated with finger or thumb pressure to create immediate results. Learn where to apply pressure for specific acpuncture points to alleviate common concerns such as headaches, muscle tension and pain, fatigue, pms, and more.
Class includes pictures of every point discussed, as well as video demonstrations of applying acupressure. Massage Therapists can learn how to integrate acupressure into most types of massage therapy. All demonstrations are performed on a massage table in order to show how this can be done.
