Learn a multilayered approach to health.  In this aromatherapy workshop, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of aromatherapy and how to utilize essential oils at home or professionally.

Become proficient in the uses of 30 essential oils.

Make aromatic cream blends, room sprays, sinus inhalers, diffuser blends, massage oils and bath salts.  Discover how essential oils are used to maintain health, address acute and chronic pain, and reduce stress.

Date: Saturday and Sunday March 24-25, 2009 9:00am to 5:00pm

Shelia Murray, LMT, CCA has completed advanced training in the clinical use of essential oils, both here in the States and in Provence, France, and is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.  She is the owner of Holistic Hands Therapeutic Massage & Aromatherapy in Cortland, New York.  She also hosts and teaches healing retreats, workshops and teaches at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York.  She holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science with fifteen years’ experience in the medical field prior to moving into more alternative healing methods.  She loves to travel, knit and spend time with her family.
