Have you ever made a blend with both Lavender and Spike Lavender essential oils? Lavender is Lavandula angustifolia, and Spike Lavender is Lavandula latifolia. Lavender and Spike Lavender both have beautiful floral aromas, are nourishing for skin, and are great for soothing muscles. They have a lot of similarities, but they’re also very different.

I have some great news that I’m really excited to share with you. In addition to our approvals by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA), Aromahead Institute is now approved by the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA)!
