Are there payment plans for every online class?
Aromahead Institute offers payment plans for the following classes…
(you save $100!)
$895 deposit + 5 additional monthly
(you save $80!)
|$800 deposit + 4 additional monthly
payments of $220
(you save $205!)
|$1,600 deposit + 4 additional monthly
payments of $400
(you save $25!)
|$150 deposit + 1 additional
payment of $150

|$175 deposit + 2 additional monthly
payments of $100
To pay on a payment plan for any other class, you can apply to use the PayPal Credit Program if you are in the USA. They’ll give you 6 months, interest free, to pay your tuition. Just click the PayPal option at check out. All prices are in USD.
How do the payment plans work?
If the course you’re registering for offers a payment plan, simply select that option, and pay the required deposit with your credit or debit card at registration. We’ll automatically charge your card monthly until the balance is paid off. Each month you’ll get a payment notification letting you know the details of the charge and the remaining balance. When the balance is taken care of, we’ll stop charging your card. Simple as that!
Can I pay by check rather than credit card?
Yes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we can accommodate you.
If I use a payment plan, is my credit card data safe with you?
Absolutely! We don't save any credit card data. Instead, we work with a company that specializes in securing and storing credit card data. They meet or exceed the most stringent industry standards: each piece of their infrastructure and each stage of their operations are designed with your security in mind. If you need more reassurance, we will gladly provide additional links to their security specifications. Contact us for more info!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover), PayPal, money orders, and checks.
What is your refund policy?
Tuition is non-refundable for all online classes, since you gain access to the entire course the moment you register. Upon payment, you have lifetime access to the class, which includes all future updates we make to keep the information current.
My course was "temporarily deactivated." What does this mean?
Aromahead Institute's payment plan system automatically attempts to charge your card each month until your balance is paid off.
If we have trouble processing your payment, we’ll email you to give you a chance to update your card details, transfer funds, etc. If we are still unable to process your payment, we’ll limit access to your course until you make a payment, or until we are able to successfully complete your payment.
Please note that we will attempt payment each month until the course balance is paid in full. If that payment is successful, we will activate your course again and give you full access. If we are unable to complete that payment, we’ll email you again and the course will stay deactivated until a successful payment is made.
I'm on a payment plan. How do I change my credit card information?
You can log into your account and update your credit card information on the left-hand side of your “My Account” page. If you have any issues, please email Mina, our Director of Student Services: email@example.com. We will help you update your new credit card information.
