Our 235-hour Aromatherapy Certification Program (ACP) is a great way to become professionally qualified in the therapeutic uses of Essential Oils. Being a Certified Aromatherapist helps people understand your dedication, and creates trust when people are just getting to know you.

You Will:

• Build a strong foundation for a career in Aromatherapy OR complement your existing career or practice.
• Create blends to support people with specific health challenges...and receive feedback + support from your personal case study instructor.
• Earn TWO certificates – designating you first as an Essential Oil Specialist, then as a Certified Aromatherapist.

The Aromatherapy Certification Program is approved by The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) — both leading governing bodies for educational standards for Aromatherapists.

Most online classes at Aromahead Institute are approved for General Continuing Education Units by NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork), the New York State Massage Therapy Board, and the Florida Board of Massage Therapy:

• Anatomy and Physiology: CEUs: 76 hours for Florida, approved for NYS
• Aromatherapy Certification Program: CEUs: 90 hours for Florida, 235 hours for NCBTMB, approved for NYS
• Aromatherapy for Massage Therapists: CEUs: 36 hours for Florida, NYS, and NCBTMB 
• Aromatherapy for Natural Living: CEUs: 36 hours for Florida and NCBTMB

Aromahead Institute's exclusive 400-hour Scholars Program is designed to meet the highest level of Aromatherapy Certification approved by the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA). The program provides an inspiring combination of courses.

The Scholar’s Program consists of: 

• Aromatherapy Certification Program (ACP) – required
• Advanced Graduate Program (AGP) – required
• A minimum of 40 hours of electives ­– customized to fit your interests

To log into your Aromahead Institute account from our website (www.aromahead.com), click on “My Account” on the top right corner of the website. Use your email and password to log in. 

Once you are logged in, you will see the courses listed under “Your Courses.” Click on “Enter Class” and start with the Orientation tab on top. 

If the course you’re registering for offers a payment plan, simply select that option, and pay the required deposit with your credit or debit card at registration. We’ll automatically charge your card monthly until the balance is paid off. Each month you’ll get a payment notification letting you know the details of the charge and the remaining balance. When the balance is taken care of, we’ll stop charging your card. Simple as that!

You can register for the Scholars Program classes one at a time, or all at once. However, there will be a 10% discount off the total cost of tuition if you enroll in the entire 400-hour program at once, and pay in full. We recommend beginning your Scholars Program with one of the following classes: Aromatherapy Certification Program, Body Butters and Lip Balms, Aromatherapy for Natural Living, or Aromatherapy for Massage Therapists. Any class you have already taken at Aromahead Institute will count towards your Scholars Program.
