About me:
My name is Andrea Scalisi, and I've created The Haven Shoppe website as a sacred space for women's healing and spiritual growth. I'm passionate in my belief that nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection is critical for optimum health and well being. Aromatherapy and other complementary healing techniques encourage emotional balance, which leads to a peaceful state of mind. When the mind is peaceful, the body is happier, too! My interest lies in exploring the world of essential oils, and creating new products that will bring healing to others. I am a certified Usui Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki practitioner, as well as a blogger (and now, Aromatherapist!). I have developed a line of organic essential oil body mists that balance the body's energy centers, or chakras. The combination of Aromatics Int'l essential oils, along with the energy infused into the products is a powerful one, that delivers deep comfort. I'm so excited to expand my product line using the wonderful new knowledge I've gained from Aromahead's Aromatherapy Certification Program.
What I loved about Aromahead:
I really enjoyed this program. I wasn't sure how working remotely was going to play out, but the way classes are designed is brilliant. I love the combination of video, webinars, reading and hands-on activities. The program is beautifully rounded out by the case study activities which give you a chance to practically apply new knowledge, while getting one on one feedback and guidance from a designated teacher. I love that you can go at your own pace, and most of all, I truly appreciated the warm and positive energy that Andrea and all the other teachers at Aromahead infuse into their work. You can literally feel the love they have for their craft, and it's contagious! I feel confident and excited to continue my practice. Three thumbs up for Aromahead!
