As a Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor, I provide Reiki, Healing Touch sessions and classes. As a HeartMath clinician, I can assist with coaching about techniques which may encourage heart health, increased focus and other benefits. As a Certified Aromatherapist, for clients I am committed to developing essential oil blends which may be balancing and uplifting. I also am a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner who can answer questions and offer some information and guidance about your health concerns.
