About me:
To live toxin-free is my goal for family and me. That goal led me to the world of essential oils. Through Aromahead Institute, I have learned useful, valuable information that directly affects not only family but friends as well. I am a retired teacher but a lifelong learner so my learning continues!
What I loved about Aromahead:
At first, I was terrified. "What am I doing?", I asked myself when I looked at carbon chains with single and double bonds!! Chemistry!! I had to read and reread the lessons. I soon found myself understanding what I was reading. I knew that I "knew" the material-ahhh, metacognition! I still have to keep the class glossary, and other materials, close at hand but I am no longer terrified. I am confident!!
