About me:
I live in New York in the Hudson Valley after 30 crazy years in the Restaurant business I was a General Manager working 12 plus hours a day married to my cell phone with 24/7 stress. I found myself under doctors care from an auto accident I was rear-ended while stopped for a school bus. Suffered traumatic injuries I had to heal from. I finally gave up hope on doctors and turned to Aromatherapy in 2014. Once I started I was hooked I had to learn more. Going holistic was the only road after a year of treatments and no relief.Aromatherapy became my relief my way of life. With wisdom, healing thought's, tranquil surroundings and strength to learn and go forward in my journey, has inspired me to make a radical career transformation. Taking my Aromatherapy certification and go to school for Massage therapy to be a LMT so I can help others in my situation. I want to focus after I get my LMT license to work with people with chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, Oncology patients and sports medicine. Now I can have the best of both worlds and enjoy a career doingmy passion. It's a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together never settle for anything less than your passion.
What I loved about Aromahead:
Loved the idea of Aromatherapy, The thought of returning to school was scary. After searching online through phone calls, webinars and research Aromahead won my heart. Aromahead really cares about their students and their learning. You get a lifetime of information always available for you. Learning at your own pace without stress is awesome. The chemistry of oils is so fascinating. It's is a never- ending plethora of knowledge. I enjoy making all kinds of fun, cool products from Andrea's recipes and invented many myself. Changing my home into a natural environment is so rewarding. Receiving my ACP in May 2015 now I can't wait to go on to the Advanced Graduate program with Aromahead.
