About me:
I have been connected with nature and my sense of smell from a young age, enjoying the scent of lilies of the valley that grew in our backyard, our bosc pear tree and the sap and needles of Eastern White Pines that surrounded our home. My mother and I would take long walks in the woods and encouraged me to watch nature documentaries on public television, spurring an insatiable curiosity for all living things that continues to this day. I began exploring aromatherapy and perfumery in 2013, and have committed many hours of rigorous research, practice, blending, reading, and am dedicated to both disciplines on a deeper, comprehensive level. I also enjoy hiking, the outdoors, birding, visual art, design, cooking and working with flavors, and I am deeply connected with music, which contributes to my process and inspires me greatly in my work.
