About me:
I am a mother to four children and wife to an amazing husband. We enjoy finding warmer weather in the winter and exploring our beautiful state. I love cooking, fitness, gardening, reading and of course, essential oils.
What I loved about Aromahead:
The most impactful part of my Aromahead experience is learning the science and chemistry behind essential oils. I knew they somehow worked before I knew the reasons why. This knowledge has strengthened my belief in non-pharmaceutical methods to help achieve and maintain wellness on the whole person. I also discovered I am a component blender with a nose for creating great smelling blends that are effective.
