"Shrug Off the Tension" Blend for Shoulder Pain
1 fl oz (30 ml) Trauma Oil
9 drops Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
5 drops Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)
4 drops Ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale)
Make this blend in a 1 oz (30 ml) glass bottle.
Combine the Trauma Oil and essential oils, shake gently, and you're done!
To use this blend, take a coin-sized amount in your palm and gently massage it onto the affected shoulder and neck area. Feel the transformation as the tension and pain dissolve, giving way to relief and relaxation.
