Celebrating the Wonders of Plants through Essential Oils

One of life's simple pleasures is indulging in the intoxicating aromas of nature. Isn't it fascinating how we can encapsulate these captivating scents within petite bottles? This is the charm of essential oils – a miniature treasury of nature's fragrances.

Embracing the natural world, I enjoy the symphony of blooming flowers, the woody whispers of trees, and the revitalizing scents of herbs.

Like many of you, I am a fan of wearing these beautiful fragrances, an intimate expression of my connection to nature.

Over time, I've crafted many essential oil perfumes, reflecting my taste and affinity toward particular scents.

Today, I'm excited to share a captivating blend of Sandalwood and Rose, an essential oil perfume I'm confident you'll find as alluring as I do. Let's embark on this journey of sensory exploration together.

Sandalwood Rose Essential Oil Perfume

Essential Oils & Ingredients:

  • .35 oz (10 ml) Vanilla-infused Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis)

  • 8 drops Sandalwood Oil (Santalum album)

  • 2 drops Rose Absolute Oil (Rose damascena)

This harmonious blend invites you to directly combine your vanilla-infused jojoba and essential oils in your roller-top bottle. Savor the fragrance, drop by drop, as you create your unique aroma. Once your blend is ready, secure the roller top. Now, your perfume is ready for you to enjoy!

While I tend to be conservative with the quantity of essential oil used, you may prefer to explore more with potency and variation. Opt for a larger 1 oz (30 ml) bottle to do so. Roughly 30 drops of essential oil should offer you a wider canvas to express your olfactory creativity.

Inspired to continue this aromatic exploration? Here are some other natural perfume blends you might enjoy:

Geranium Yuzu Perfume
The perfect marriage of sweet and citrus:

  • 5 drops Geranium Oil (Pelargonium roseum x asperum)

  • 5 drops Yuzu Oil (Citrus junos)

Lavender Vetiver Perfume

An intriguing combination of floral freshness and earthy undertones:

  • 3 drops Lavender Oil (Lavandula angustifolia)

  • 7 drops Vetiver Oil (Vetiveria zizanoides)

Aromatics International is my go-to for roller-top bottles. Their selection includes colored glass roller-top bottles with metal rollers, providing essential protection from light for your precious essential oil perfumes.

Their website is a veritable playground for those drawn to natural fragrances. With a bounty of exquisite oils, nourishing butters, and varied aromatherapy supplies, the possibilities are nearly endless. So let's dive into the world of essential oils and celebrate the rich, beautiful aromas nature has bestowed upon us.
