I'm Teresa, a Canadian Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Aromatherapist, Soapmaker, Herbalism Enthusiast & Ethnobotanical Geek. My own health & love for both traditional & complementary therapies led me down the Aromatherapy trail. My passion for gardening, biology & chemistry made me blossom within these disciplines. I strongly believe we can support & nurture ourselves by utilizing safe, economical & sustainable Handcrafted Home Remedies.
